Grade

Grades are determined based on the final examinations, class participation and assignments.

Failure

Attendance:

  • Classes begin at the schedule time. Tardiness and absences are strictly monitored. Being late 3 times is considered as 1 absent.
  • Toward the completion, overall absences, including tardiness and hourly absences, should not exceed 2 days.
  • Attending family events related to the student and/or their immediate family (the student/parents, a maximum of 5 days; siblings/grandparents: a maximum of 3 days is permitted)
  • A student who receives medical treatment or is hospitalised
  • Natural disasters

However, students who had special cases acknowledged as attendance cannot be awarded perfect attendance.

Must attend at least 80% of the total class hours and receive an average score of at least 60% to complete a level.

Students who complete the short-term course are awarded a certificate of course completion.

Students who receive an average score of 90% or higher are given the award of excellence.

Failure and Re-registration

Students whose average grade is below 60 points (failure (F)) or attendance rate is below 80% (failure (F)) may not complete the course in question and will only receive a report card.

 

Payment and Class Cancelation Policy

– New students must pay the amount by the payment deadlinethat they will be notified for their admission.

– The amount of tuition is subject to change. In case of a tuition increase, students must make additional payment following the previous payments.

– A course may be cancelled if the class does not reach the minimum number of students.

 

Refund Policy

*Except the two conditions below, we do not have any refund policy in any circumstances.

– Deferrals: If you do not attend class within the first day of the course, your registration will be automatically cancelled. 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.

–Deregistration: If you do not attend class within the first week of semester, your registration will be automatically cancelled. 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.

 

Code of Conduct:

– Any kind of misbehave and harassment by the students will be liable to the suspension of his/her course or legal action.
